Cricket Darts Strategies

As for cricket it’s either rule “the market” or don’t rule the market. The goal is to close all the numbers first from 15 – 20 including bull’s eye. You need 3 marks in each number!

It’s a big advantage to start throwing. If you close 20 in 3 darts your opponent have some pressure. But if your opponent close 19 and 17 in 2 darts the game have suddenly turned. Now you have to face what to do next. You can try to get points by hitting 20 or you can try to close 19, 17, 18, 16 or 15, if you manage to close 16 and 18 in three darts suddenly your opponent can be in some trouble and so on. It’s a big advantage to own the numbers before your opponent, this way you can score points.

As you have figured out Cricket is all about tactics, if you are a weaker player you must try to get as much points as possible, this can help you later on in the game. Example if your opponent has closed all numbers and you have a lead for 100 points you can still win the game.
